Questions, corrections and suggestions all reach a real person. We read every message that arrives.
Email is the fastest route
There is no contact form on this site, and that is intentional. A form would mean collecting and storing what you write on a server, which sits awkwardly beside a tool built to keep your information on your own device. Email keeps the exchange between you and us.
What helps us respond faster
A little detail turns a vague report into something we can act on straight away.
- The page you were on and what you were trying to do.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on an iPhone.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual, with any personal values removed first.
Please never send laboratory results, dates of birth, or any other personal health information. We do not need it to help, and we would rather it stayed with you.
Reporting an accuracy problem
If you believe a converted figure or a reference band is wrong, tell us the exact value you entered and the figure you expected. Accuracy reports go to the front of the queue because they affect everyone using the tool.
Accessibility feedback
We test with a keyboard and with screen readers, but real use always surfaces things testing misses. If something blocks you, describe the assistive technology you use and where you got stuck. These messages are treated as bugs rather than requests.
What we cannot answer
We are not able to interpret your results, comment on whether a figure is good or concerning, or advise on medication, diet, or treatment. Those questions need a qualified professional who knows your history, as set out in our medical disclaimer. Anything about how the tool works is fair game.
Response times
Most replies go out within a few working days. Busy periods can stretch that a little, but nothing gets ignored. If your message concerns a possible error in the calculator, expect to hear back sooner.
